• Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with the front desk and other departments of the hotel.
• Dispatch attendants to deliver items to customers.
• Supervise attendants and coach them in proper cleaning procedures.
• Operate mechanical floor cleaners and use other environmental services equipment ensue that the cleanliness of the facility exceed guests’ expectation.
• Inspect the rooms to ensure the cleanliness are up to the standards of the hotel.
• Adhere to all safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) practices/procedures.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
