Job Description: MEP Engineer

Position Purpose

The MEP Engineer coordinates the installation, testing, and balancing of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. This role bridges the gap between different engineering disciplines, ensuring that power, cooling, and water infrastructure integrate perfectly into the building design.

Key Responsibilities

· Site Coordination: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day installation activities for all MEP trades on the construction floor.

· Progress Tracking: Monitor subcontractor performance against the master construction schedule to prevent delays.

· Design Review: Cross-check structural, architectural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve spatial clashes before installation using digital models.

· Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Assist the commissioning agent during the critical Level 1 to Level 5 data centre commissioning phases.

· Problem Solving: Resolve technical engineering issues and coordinate requests for information (RFIs) between site teams, clients, and consultants.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
