What the day will look like

• Reinsurance related analysis (actuarial analysis, catastrophe modelling, reinsurance pricing etc.)
• Assisting clients in understanding their exposure to insurance risk and determining the optimal reinsurance arrangements meeting their risk, return and capital requirements
• Present analysis report, interpret catastrophe modelling results and making subsequent reinsurance recommendations to internal and external clients
• Perform client training sessions to introduce analytics related materials

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Degree in actuarial science, statistics, data science or in related fields
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance or re-insurance industry
• Experience in catastrophe modelling with advanced level of model knowledge
• An understanding of the various reinsurance structures to manage risk and implementation of them within the modelling framework
• Able to independently deal with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organization skills and interpersonal skills
