Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Masseur / Massage Therapist to provide professional massage treatments that promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance customers' overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Perform professional massage treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and other approved therapies to promote relaxation and relieve muscle tension

Assess customers' needs to recommend suitable massage treatments and wellness packages that enhance well-being

Create a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for customers throughout each treatment session

Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, and equipment before appointments to ensure readiness

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment following company SOPs and hygiene protocols

Follow company service standards and hygiene protocols consistently during all treatments

Promote and upsell massage packages, memberships, and wellness services to increase customer engagement

Maintain accurate customer treatment records as required to support service quality and follow-up

Build strong customer relationships through professional and friendly interactions to encourage repeat visits and referrals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Certificate in Massage Therapy or a related qualification is preferred

Previous experience as a Masseur or Massage Therapist is an advantage

Knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly attitude

Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
