Job Summary

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Food & Beverage industry. Lead sales teams, manage key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty

Manage key accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team’s performance to meet sales objectives

Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, pricing, and sales agreements to support sales activities

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to secure profitable deals

Collaborate closely with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Monitor sales performance, customer orders, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for Management to support decision-making

Address customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues promptly to maintain customer trust

Develop and execute promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales and customer retention

Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and business development activities

Perform additional sales and business development duties as assigned by Management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in the Food & Beverage, catering, food manufacturing, or related industry

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Target-driven with effective business and customer relationship management skills

Ability to work independently and lead a sales team
