Job Description

Main Task:

• Developing, activating and driving marketing and sales initiatives for Senta Adventure Camp with the ultimate aim to attract consistent groups of visitors to the camp.
• To identify strategic business opportunities and initiate new projects / business to facilitate the development of the Company.
• To conduct market research, feasible study and acquire information on current market trends / strategies.
• To manage the cost and accomplishment timeline for projects.
• To prepare sales lead presentation, management sales related reports and documents for the purpose of sales activities.
• To maintain good rapport / business relationship with both internal and external stakeholders, local authority, state and relevant agencies for current and future projects of the Company.

Other Tasks:

• Being the main liaison for client events in terms of organising and execution.
• Increasing and enhancing the Company’s brand presence and services via relevant media, publicity and communication channels.
• Organising and activating marketing and sales campaigns, events and promotions.
• Following up on all potential leads and enquiries.
• Maintaining good relationships with potential individuals/agents/outdoor programme companies/relevant organisations.
• Undertaking any additional and related duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company.

Required Skills:

• The ability to acquire, negotiate, and sell Company services to clients.
• Experienced in event organized.
• Excellent customer service skills in the form of clear written and verbal communication and building customer trust.
• The ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work with multiple vendors and fellow staff members simultaneously.
• Degree / Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Hospitality & Event Management is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, tactful with positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia both written and oral.
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• A team player with good management and interpersonal skills.
