Job Summary

Plan and manage material requirements to align with customer forecasts and production schedules, collaborating across teams to optimize inventory and support new product introductions in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Job Description:

• Plan and manage material requirements based on customer forecasts, pull signals, and production schedules to ensure timely availability.
• Collaborate with purchasing to monitor CTB and reschedule materials, optimizing revenue and controlling inventory levels.
• Participate in daily production meetings and coordinate with production planning to support the Master Production Schedule.
• Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve inventory targets and manage obsolescence effectively.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds by ensuring timely material readiness and availability.
• Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Just-in-Time, and consignment inventory processes to maintain supply chain efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Materials Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office, with strong skills in Excel.
• Numerical proficiency and data analysis skills to support decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
