Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Johor Baharu. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end implementation of IOTI’s enterprise cloud platform in manufacturing environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling project activities, coordinating with internal teams and customer stakeholders, tracking progress, and addressing risks and issues. The role involves managing logistics and expediting tasks, monitoring inspections and quality checks, preparing status reports, and ensuring clear communication across all project participants. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement efforts and contribute feedback to product and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience with planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes, with the ability to oversee quality checks and compliance with standards.
• Logistics Management skills to manage material flows, vendor coordination, and operational timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or IoT/cloud-based platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic data analysis; familiarity with real-time data or analytics platforms is a plus.
