Job Purpose
To ensure the company in compliance with corporate tax matter such as withholding tax and preparing annual
Performs general accounting activities that require some insight and dept understanding.

Job Description
Responsible for account receivables to ensure on-time issuance of invoice and collection
Prepare journal entries, verifies and support entries
Taxation: Basic knowledge on reports
a) Corporate tax – tax return – annually
b) Corporate tax – initial, 6th month or 9th month tax estimation
c) Withholding tax compliance – on going
d) SST reporting – bi-monthly
e) Imported service tax reporting – monthly
Administration of the fixed assets management, acquisition, disposal,scrap.
Prepare and manage indirect tax report, payment.
Liaise with auditors during statutory audit and tax audit
Produce supporting documents required for audit / taxation/ other inter/ external requirements
Other general ledger accounting related functions and ad-hoc duties as deemed fit by the reporting line Manager
Apply the TechnipFMC Group values charter (Ethics, Social, Environmental, Health and Safety)
You are meant for this job if:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Added Advantage: Audit experience or background.
Familiar with the reporting standards / requirements
Meticulous and eye for details
Process high degree of integrity and professionalism
Excellent IT skills (MS Excel essential, Hyperion Web-based applications, ERP system)
Willing to work under pressure and ability to meet tight deadline
Ability to handle multi task within the fast paced environment
Committed and dedicated to activities assigned by the Company
Good command of the English language and excellent communicator
