Job Summary

Manage housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness standards, oversee inventory and safety compliance, and ensure excellent client service within a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage cleaning supplies inventory to maintain adequate stock levels for uninterrupted operations

Address client and customer concerns or requests promptly to ensure satisfaction

Develop and enforce safety guidelines for workers to maintain a safe working environment

Coordinate with facilities maintenance and other departments to support housekeeping functions

Monitor and maintain housekeeping standards across all facilities to ensure quality service

Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrated supervisory experience in housekeeping or related fields

Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning duties within small and medium enterprises (SMEs)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams

Flexibility to work during public holidays and weekends

Competence in operating cleaning machinery
