Job Summary

Support project delivery by preparing contract documents and managing cost information to ensure accurate budgeting and timely financial submissions. Collaborate with site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project requirements and facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contract documents by accurately measuring quantities and providing detailed cost estimates to support project budgeting
• Manage cost information to track and control project expenses effectively
• Administer pre-contract and post-contract processes to ensure compliance and smooth project execution
• Verify sub-contractor claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract terms
• Ensure timely submission of progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts to maintain project cash flow
• Source and evaluate quotations and tenders from suppliers and sub-contractors to secure competitive pricing
• Liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors by attending tender briefings, site show rounds, and tender interviews to align project objectives
• Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors to support project and team needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract and cost management
• Exhibit a positive work attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant educational background
