Job Responsibilities

• Key in and update inventory and warehouse information in system.
• Key in shipping, delivery and stock movement information.
• Prepare simple warehouse, inventory and shipping reports.
• Check stock records against warehouse documents.
• Organise and maintain warehouse and shipping documents.
• Perform basic Excel and administrative tasks.
• Provide general support to the Warehouse & Logistics team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting/inventory systems is an advantage.
• Good data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and complete tasks accurately.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Warehouse or logistics experience is an added advantage.
• Part-time applicants or fresh graduate are welcome.
• Available for a 2-month contract.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
