Asian Healthcare Specialists (AHS) is a leading multidisciplinary medical specialist group offering comprehensive range of specialty services. AHS consolidates multiple specialties with an aim to deliver seamless integrated care experience. Our specialist clinics are located at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Mount Alvernia Hospital, Farrer Park Medical Centre, Gleneagles Hospital and Royal Square Medical Centre.

Responsibilities

•  Attend to walk-in patients, phone enquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high standards of patient service
• Perform frontline duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral coordination, billing and cashiering duties
• Chaperone doctors and assist them in the consultation room when doctors are performing physical examination to the patient
• Support doctors in language translation when required to facilitate effective communication with patients
• Monitor consumable inventory and coordinate purchases to maintain adequate clinic supplies
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient care

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/ NITEC/ Diploma in any discipline
• Prior experience in medical field with medical knowledgeis an advantage
• Able to be rotated amongst other clinics owned by the Company
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while being a responsible and reliable team player to support clinic functions
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
