Oversee and coordinate all M&E work, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The role serves as the focal point for M&E-related activities, reducing defects, rework, and delays through effective planning, inspection, and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate M&E drawings, module drawings, and design changes with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and inspect M&E works before casting, installation, and handover to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project, production, QA/QC, consultants, and subcontractors on all M&E related matters.
• Identify and resolve M&E issues promptly to minimize project delays and rework.
• Conduct site and yard inspections to verify workmanship quality and compliance with approved drawings.
• Prepare inspection reports, technical submissions, and M&E documentation.
• Ensure M&E works comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on M&E matters.
• Monitor progress of M&E activities and highlight risks or concerns to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance M&E quality and efficiency across Aurum and future satellite yards.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 2 to 3 years in M&E engineering, construction, precast, building, or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems, technical drawings, inspection processes, and quality requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage technical issues effectively.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
