• Position: Sales Support Executive
• Location: Penjuru
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30AM to 5.10PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 10-18 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established industrial and engineering solutions provider supporting regional customers across ASEAN and Japan. They are seeking a Sales Support Executive to manage customer orders, forecasts and coordination with factories, suppliers and internal teams.
• This role offers strong regional exposure across customer service, order management, supply coordination and sales administration. It is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with customers and factories in a structured B2B environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer purchase orders, forecasts, and order processing for ASEAN and Japan offices
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on order updates and daily enquiries
• Monitor monthly customer forecasts and support order planning
• Submit enquiries to Japan office and factory partners, and raise purchase requisitions
• Follow up with factories on lead times and confirm sales acknowledgements with customers
• Liaise with Shipping Department on incoming shipments, urgent cargo, and OEM invoicing
• Support other administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualifications, preferably in the engineering field
• Able to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments effectively
• Willing to travel when required, minimal travelling.
