Job Summary
This role supports academic administration and student services to enhance student outcomes. You will collaborate with colleagues on university coordination, quality assurance, and operational policy development.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing student services and academic administration, including timetabling, handling student inquiries, lecturer deployment, and planning academic resources for seminars and courses
Support the development and review of operational policies and procedures to improve institutional effectiveness
Maintain accurate academic and student data and prepare reports for internal review and external submission
Conduct student orientation sessions and provide timely responses to student and participant inquiries
Coordinate program activities, conduct evaluations, and contribute to facilities improvements to enhance the learning environment
Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speaking to support administrative and student engagement tasks
Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work under pressure
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all academic and administrative duties
Required competencies and certifications
Polytechnic diploma or Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates welcome)
