Assist in pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying activities.

Support procurement and subcontractor management processes.

Prepare and monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow.

Process progress claims, variations, and contract payments.

Assist in final account preparation and project cost settlement.

Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Have good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend.
