Role Description This full-time, on-site Finance Junior Executive role at Uro Technology is based in Pontian. The Finance Junior Executive supports daily finance operations, including preparing, updating, and maintaining financial records and documentation. Responsibilities include assisting with financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and helping to prepare and review financial statements. The role involves monitoring invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The Finance Junior Executive will also perform basic financial analysis and collaborate with other departments to resolve finance-related queries.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Finance and the preparation of Financial Statements.
• Candidates should possess Financial Reporting skills and the ability to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and identify variances or trends.
• Candidates should possess good attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and basic proficiency in MS Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; relevant internship or junior-level experience is an advantage.
