We are looking for a proactive and resourceful

Purchasing Executive

to join our growing FMCG team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring inventory is replenished efficiently to support business operations. If you enjoy negotiating, solving problems, working with numbers, and collaborating across departments, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure products, materials, and supplies based on business requirements.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability.

Generate and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Liaise with suppliers on quotations, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.

Negotiate competitive pricing and terms to achieve cost savings.

Track orders and resolve delivery, quality, and supply-related issues.

Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams.

Analyze purchasing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports in the ERP system.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.

Experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, or related industries is preferred.

Good negotiation and supplier management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
