What you'll be doing

• Manage the planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.

• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to understand requirements and specifications.

• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against these.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues and delays to keep projects on track.

• Ensure projects adhere to all relevant regulations, industry standards and safety protocols.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.

• Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.

• Continuously look for ways to improve project efficiencies and processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Autocad.

• Self-disciplined with a positive working attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• A good team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
