Hiring: ServiceNow Developer | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and lead development, automation, integrations, and platform enhancement initiatives.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Type: 1-Year Contract (Extendable)

Experience: 5–10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow development initiatives across enterprise environments

• Develop and customize ITSM, ITOM & ITAM modules

• Work on Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM & HAM

• Develop using JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML/CSS

• Design workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Orchestration, Business Rules & Scheduled Jobs

• Design and maintain CMDB tables, CI relationships and data normalization

• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers and Web Services

• Build Reports, KPIs, Performance Analytics dashboards and advanced reporting solutions

• Troubleshoot platform/module issues and provide effective resolutions

• Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance and upgrade best practices

• Collaborate with architects, administrators, operations teams and business stakeholders

• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge sharing/BAU activities

Required Skills

5–10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience

Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM & ITAM

Strong JavaScript / GlideScript / Jelly / HTML / CSS skills

Hands-on Flow Designer & Orchestration experience

Strong CMDB design and management knowledge

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs & MID Server integrations

Strong troubleshooting and platform development skills

Experience with ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics

Certifications

ServiceNow CSA / CSD / CIS / CTA certifications are mandatory.

Additional ServiceNow certifications will be an advantage.
