Core Functions:
- Support Facility Operations Manager in day-to-day workplace services and facilities operations
- Manage cafeteria, housekeeping, pest control, hygiene control, employee-related facilities, amenities and services
- Manage gymnasium and sports centres including training rooms and auditorium
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, presentation, functionality and service standards
Quality & Safety Audits:
- Inspect the building regularly to maintain high presentation standards and enforce health and cleanliness control
- Ensure full compliance to RBA,Halal,BeSS,KKM requirements and local/site safety requirements
Vendor Management:
- Supervise inhouse vendors and other third-party contractors for cafeteria, housekeeping, pest control, hygiene control, etc
- Perform health, safety, compliance checks and incident reporting
Daily Operations/Administration:
- Manage facilities supplies, consumables and other inventories
- Manage employee and visitor requests, manage meeting room setups and track work orders
- Deliver high-quality customer service and workplace support
- Build and maintain relationships with employees, clients, vendors and facilities team
- Conduct workplace inspections and identify maintenance, safety and service issues.
- Monitor, track and resolve work orders, service requests and complaints
- Maintain facilities records, service logs, purchase orders and invoice closing
- Ensure all facilities equipment are serviced/maintenance according to PM schedule
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and service providers while ensuring compliance
- Support meeting room setups and workplace events
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant background in office administration, cafeteria management or soft services facility management
- Experienced in Cafeteria Management, Workplace Services or Office Administration
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors and other stakeholders relationships
- Knowledge of health, safety and workplace compliance standards
- Experienced in service request/complaints tracking and administrative tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Words and Powerpoint applications and administrative processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
