岗位职责

Manage and oversee the daily operations of retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
Supervise and coordinate retail staff, including work schedules, attendance, performance, and daily responsibilities.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment, and ordering to maintain adequate product availability.
Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of customer service and handles customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Monitor sales performance and daily revenue, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve sales.
Ensure proper merchandising, product displays, pricing, promotions, and store presentation according to company standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding product orders, deliveries, pricing, and stock availability.
Maintain proper cash handling, payment procedures, daily sales reconciliation, and financial controls.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, cleanliness standards, and relevant regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and provide management with recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability.
