Job Summary

You will be incharge to coordinate and support construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and on-schedule completion. You will deliver administrative, technical, and coordination assistance to project teams, driving efficient execution within the project work programme.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities to ensure safe and timely delivery of construction projects within schedule

Prepare and maintain detailed work schedules to track project progress and milestones

Develop and update AutoCAD drawings and architectural details to meet project requirements. (draughtsmen can assist)

Communicate clearly with project teams at all levels to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues

Organize project documentation and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with project standards

Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines

Support site operations by liaising with Architects, Consultants, Sub-contractors & Supplies to maintain activities workflow according to schedule.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of site experience, preferably with a main contractor in residential building projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural detailing

Strong organizational and communication skills demonstrated through project coordination activities
