职位描述

岗位职责

Company Description Frontier Wealth Management Pte Ltd is one of Singapore’s pioneer and leading independent financial advisory firms. The firm is dedicated to providing objective, client-centric advice across a wide spectrum of financial needs. As an independent advisory, Frontier Wealth Management focuses on tailored solutions rather than product-driven sales. Team members collaborate closely with clients to build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and professional integrity.

Role Description The Financial Services Advisor is a full-time role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situations, and develop comprehensive financial and retirement plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing investment options, preparing advisory reports, recommending suitable financial products and strategies, and conducting regular portfolio reviews. The advisor will also monitor market developments, maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, and ensure that all advice is compliant and in the best interest of clients. Ongoing tasks include relationship management, responding to client queries, and participating in team discussions to refine advisory practices and client service standards.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design holistic, long-term strategies for clients.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Investments to analyze portfolios, evaluate risk, and recommend appropriate financial instruments.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Financial Advisory to provide compliant, client-focused recommendations and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships across diverse client profiles.
  • Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory and compliance environment for financial services, along with a high standard of ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
