Job DescriptionAbout the Role

SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn. Bhd. is part of a global group headquartered in China, specializing in the design and manufacture of automotive car seat motors and wiper systems for leading car manufacturers worldwide.

As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing daily technical support to employees and maintaining the company's computers, network, systems, and IT equipment. You will troubleshoot IT issues, support users, and ensure the company's IT environment operates smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• IT Technical Support – Provide daily support for computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshooting & Repair – Identify and resolve basic hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• User Support – Assist employees with IT-related problems, software installation, account access, and basic technical guidance.
• Network & System Support – Support basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and other IT infrastructure to ensure stable operations.
• IT Equipment & Maintenance – Maintain IT equipment, keep proper records of IT assets, and support IT setup for new employees and departments.

Requirements – Must-Have

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networking, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant IT support, technical support, or helpdesk experience, preferably in a factory or industrial environment
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
• Able to install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and common IT applications
• Responsible, practical, and able to provide effective technical support to users

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
