Event Planning & Coordination
Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of Mega Beauty Festival, from pre-event preparation to onsite execution.
Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and operational requirements to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain event checklists, timelines, and follow up on action items with relevant parties.
Support the preparation of event materials, layouts, schedules, and operational documents.
Exhibitor & Vendor Management
Communicate and coordinate with exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, and suppliers on event requirements.
Assist exhibitors with booth setup requirements, operational guidelines, and event-related enquiries.
Coordinate with contractors, production teams, and service providers for event setup and dismantling.
Follow up on outstanding submissions, documents, and operational requirements.
Onsite Event Operations
Provide onsite support during event setup, event days, and teardown activities.
Coordinate with different teams to resolve operational issues during the event.
Ensure exhibitors, visitors, and guests have a smooth event experience.
Monitor event activities, schedules, and operational flow during the exhibition.
Marketing & Event Activities Support
Support the coordination of stage activities, workshops, demonstrations, live sessions, and promotional activities.
Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure event activities are properly arranged.
Assist in preparing event-related communication materials and updates.
Administrative & Reporting Support
Prepare meeting notes, progress updates, and event reports.
Track event expenses, quotations, and supplier coordination when required.
Maintain proper documentation for event planning and execution.
