Role Summary
The Project Administrator provides administrative and coordination support for projects, including documentation, procurement, payment processing, claims, and expense administration. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project operations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, transmittals, records and other supporting documents.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions, delivery orders and payment claims through ERP systems.
Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure timely processing of purchases, invoices and payment documentation.
Review and verify supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
Utilise SharePoint and Power Automate to facilitate document submissions, tracking and approval workflows.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on project-related administrative matters.
Prepare and process petty cash and staff meal/food expense claims.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of project records for easy retrieval and reference.
Provide general administrative support to the project team and assist with other project-related duties as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant project administration experience will have an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
