岗位职责
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
The Liberty Singapore - an Asian Smokehouse, draws inspiration from the spirit of community and sharing, which is captured in the layout of public barbecue pits seen in parks and beaches around South-East Asia.
A comprehensive All-Day-Dining offering allows for more revenue generation, with breakfast Grab & Go, business lunch, tea-time pastry, dinner gathering, and beverage package. The menu will feature a barbecued dish, small bite, raw bar, and dessert that draws inspiration from Asia’s favorite flavors and signature cuisines.
