Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT helpdesk, desktop support or end-user computing support experience in a corporate or 24x7 manufacturing environment.
Work experience in Windows XP, 7-11, Microsoft O365
Windows endpoint support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory account administration, basic network troubleshooting, printer support, IT asset handling, endpoint security awareness and service desk ticket management.
Customer service mindset, clear communication, urgency management, teamwork, problem solving, documentation discipline, attention to detail and compliance with IT procedures.
