Job Summary

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise endpoint management and mobility solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and related technologies. Provide technical leadership and mentor teams to drive adoption of best practices.

Responsibilities

Design scalable and secure enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Enterprise Mobility technologies

Manage endpoint/device lifecycle processes including provisioning, deployment, configuration, patching, compliance, and retirement to ensure operational efficiency

Develop and implement policies for Windows device management, application packaging, security, and compliance to meet organizational standards

Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into detailed solution architectures

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maintain system reliability

Provide technical leadership by mentoring and guiding engineering and support teams to enhance skills and promote best practices

Maintain strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD to support directory services integration and management

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
