Reporting To: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and growing the company's customer portfolio. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills to support revenue growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Sourcing of leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions to meet their business requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and negotiate business terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and business data.
• Contribute ideas to improving brand awareness and market positioning.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify gaps and opportunities for business expansion.
• Ensure timely reports submission to analyze trends and progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2-5years of experience in B2B services is highly preferred.
• Proven record of successfully delivering results beyond established performance objectives and KPIs.
