Manage berth applications and coordinate berth availability and arrangements.
Coordinate vessel shifting, berthing, and unberthing activities.
Coordinate vessel departure and outward clearance.
Arrange and coordinate vessel bunkering and fuel delivery activities.
Liaise and coordinate with the Port Authority, Harbour Master, and other relevant authorities.
Coordinate pilotage, tugboat, mooring, and other marine support services.
Coordinate with vessel owners, agents, terminal operators, contractors, and other relevant external parties, as required.
Facilitate the preparation and submission of relevant marine and port documentation, permits, and clearances.
Coordinate any other marine- or port-related matters requiring liaison with external parties to support safe and efficient vessel operations.
Oversee Warehouse operation & material management according to client requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in oil and gas logistics and warehouse
Hold at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Willing to relocate in Bintulu
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and clients.
Ability to identify and address logistical challenges in a timely and efficient manner. • Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
