Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily service to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team while maintaining high service standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food preparation, quality, and presentation
• Monitor staffing levels, allocate duties, and manage employee attendance
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory, control operating costs, and prepare operational reports as required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work early morning shifts of 0500hrs to 1400hrs (Taxi claimable), weekends, and public holidays
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• PC literate, well organized and self-motivated
