Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily M&E maintenance activities in line with assigned schedules and work plans.
• Support the preparation, updating, and tracking of maintenance schedules and task lists.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and completion status.
• Communicate task assignments, update, and follow‑ups with technicians, supervisors, and service providers.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and report issues, delays, or incomplete works to Senior M&E Maintenance Coordinator
• Support basic compliance with safety procedures and quality requirements during maintenance activities.
• Assist with documentation, filing, and reporting related to maintenance works. Provide general coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth daily maintenance operations.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum

0-1 year of relevant experience

in maintenance coordination, facilities support, or building services environments.

• Basic understanding of M&E systems and routine maintenance activities.
• Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, and record‑keeping for maintenance works.
• Strong organizational skills, clear communication ability, and attention to detail.
