Human Resource Intern

Location: Johor Barhu

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our team. You will work closely with the recruitment/HR team and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate management.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and other platforms.
• Search and identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.
• Conduct basic candidate research and maintain recruitment pipelines.
• Support the team in improving the overall hiring process.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people.
• Good research and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and job portals is a plus.
• Previous recruitment/HR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Recruitment pipeline management.
• Hiring practices in a fast-growing organization.
