Job Responsibilities
Process, organise and maintain data accurately in company systems.
Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Update records and correct inaccurate or incomplete information when required.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and basic reports.
Perform data entry and routine data quality checks.
Assist with improving data organisation and processing efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding data updates and discrepancies.
Perform other data processing and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
Comfortable working in a remote or flexible work environment.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
