Quantity Surveyor

About the Company

Our client is a Singapore-based company specialising in interior renovation and construction projects. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support project costing, tender preparation and commercial coordination.

Salary

SGD $3,000 - $4,000 per month, commensurate with experience

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

6 rest days per month

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents and project cost estimates
• Conduct quantity take-off and prepare cost quotations
• Monitor project costs and construction progress
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and project teams
• Assist with variation orders, claims and other project documentation
• Follow up on project requirements and commercial matters
• Work closely with the project team and report to the supervisor

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good understanding of construction and renovation projects
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
