We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our Management Associate Program, a structured development programme designed to develop the next generation of leaders in financial services.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside experienced advisers and managers
• Support financial planning and client-related projects
• Conduct market, investment and product research
• Analyse financial data and portfolio performance
• Prepare reports, presentations and business documentation
• Coordinate projects and internal initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process and business improvement
