Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bunker Clerk to support bunker tanker operations in Singapore by managing accurate documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with vessel crews, customers, and port authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate documentation to support bunker tanker operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with vessel crew and cargo officers to verify bunker quantities and oversee delivery processes
• Liaise with customers and port authorities to serve as the primary contact for operational and documentation matters
• Assist in maintaining compliance with Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) regulations by keeping accurate records and preparing reports
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to support smooth bunkering activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in maritime operations or clerical support for bunker tanker activities
• Familiarity with Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) regulations and bunkering documentation
• Strong organizational skills applied to managing documentation and operational tasks
• Attention to detail in verifying quantities and maintaining accurate records
