• Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science.
• At least 5+ years in creative production, creative technology, or content systems (agency, studio, or in-house).
• Hands-on experience with AI prompting and workflows for copywriting systems and designproduction workflows
• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem (Firefly + Creative Cloud; Express template logic is a big plus).
• Comfort with experimentation and rigor:
• Run AI tests, compare outputs, and document what works.
• Ability to work directly with Adobe teams and stakeholders without handholding.
