Job Summary

This role supports academic administration and student services to enhance student outcomes. You will collaborate with colleagues on university coordination, quality assurance, and operational policy development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing student services and academic administration, including timetabling, handling student inquiries, lecturer deployment, and planning academic resources for seminars and courses
• Support the development and review of operational policies and procedures to improve institutional effectiveness
• Maintain accurate academic and student data and prepare reports for internal review and external submission
• Conduct student orientation sessions and provide timely responses to student and participant inquiries
• Coordinate program activities, conduct evaluations, and contribute to facilities improvements to enhance the learning environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speaking to support administrative and student engagement tasks
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work under pressure
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all academic and administrative duties

Required competencies and certifications

• Polytechnic diploma or Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates welcome)
