Admin Executive

Location : Bukit Mertajam, Penang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Sales Gallery.

Ensure the sales gallery is well-maintained, clean, organised, and presentable always.

Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and liaise with vendors and service providers.

Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry items, and marketing materials.

Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and visitors professionally.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of administrative records.

Assist in coordinating company events, launches, and promotional activities at the sales gallery.

Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Monitor and process monthly utility bills, including electricity, water, internet, telephone, and other related services.

Coordinate with Finance and vendors to ensure timely payment and resolve billing discrepancies.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administration, office management, sales administration, or a similar role.

Experience in the property development or real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Good organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
