Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance for company vehicles, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor company vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspection, road tax, and insurance renewals to ensure operational readiness

Arrange repair and preventive maintenance for forklifts, equipment, and operational machinery to minimize downtime

Conduct regular facility inspections to verify warehouse and office equipment functionality and safety

Liaise with external vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance, repair, and servicing works

Monitor safety compliance by enforcing company safety procedures and regulations across operations

Support workplace safety activities by conducting safety inspections, reporting incidents, and implementing corrective actions

Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, equipment maintenance, facility repairs, and safety documentation for audit and tracking purposes

Assist in managing operational assets, inventory, and equipment tracking to optimize resource utilization

Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operational requirements and ensure seamless workflow

Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices within warehouse and operational areas to maintain a safe work environment

Required competencies and certifications

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills demonstrated through leading operational teams

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities applied to operational challenges

Proficiency in project management tools and techniques to plan and track maintenance activities

Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards to ensure compliance

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant experience

Ability to start work immediately or within short notice

Other Information

5.5 working days per week

Company transport provided for Bedok, Tampines, Pasir Ris, and Sengkang
