Working Location: North
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities
Create the work center for new staff / contractors and update changes of the staff accurately in Auto-time and SAP.
Support the engineers/aircraft techs and ensure they are able to key in their Service Orders (staff induction) into Autotime.
Input time card for personnel working offsite if required.
Review Weekly summary report and feedback necessary adjustment to the supervisors on any employees’ Timecards.
Work with Supervisors and consolidate the OT hours accurately. Print and check Overtime hours and hand report to HR on last Friday of the month.
Consolidate Manhours for contractors and forwarding to Vendors at the end of the month.
Consolidate and obtain approvals for Daily, Monthly reports for Finance, Manager Operations & HR.
Analyze and resolve any Autotime issues.
Manage Onboarding of new hires and relevant logistics.
Distributes Staff Uniforms, Safety Boots, Locker keys, staff passes and Personal Protective Equipment.
Assist staff with questions with regards to the procedure in Autotime.
Oversee, conduct stocktake and replenish Singapore Service Center’s merchandise items.
Monitor and facilitate in Seletar/Changi airport pass application preparation and submission/renewal.
Oversee and coordinate functions and events with internal and/or external stakeholders.
Assist to raise Purchase Requisition where necessary.
Other ad-hoc duties when required.
How to thrive in this role?
You have at least 2 - 3 years of working experience.
You hold a Diploma qualification, ideally in a related field.
You possess working knowledge of Kronos Workforce Autotime or have managed similar computer software application for time attendance.
You have strong Microsoft Office skills.
You have strong interpersonal skills and are team player with a “can-do’ attitude.
You are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
You must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
