A Construction Site Manager is the "boots on the ground" leader. They are responsible for running the daily operations directly at the construction site. Their main goal is to make sure the project is built safely, on time, on budget, and to the correct quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee all day-to-day activities on the construction site.
• Safety First: Enforce strict health and safety regulations to protect all workers.
• Schedule Management: Make sure the construction stays on track and meets deadlines.
• Quality Control: Inspect the work to ensure it meets building codes and design plans.
• Team Coordination: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site laborers.
• Problem Solving: Handle any unexpected issues or delays immediately on-site.

Core Requirements

• Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in construction or site supervision.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Safety Certifications: Up-to-date safety training (e.g., OSHA, First Aid, Site Safety Supervisor).
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering plans.
• Leadership: Strong skills to manage and motivate diverse teams on-site.
