Mon- Sat | 9am-6pm & 9am-1pm
Basic + Commissions
Ubi (Near Ubi/ Macpherson MRT)
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers by phone
Sourcing of new clients (cold calling) and servicing existing client
Explain the benefits of services
Answer questions about services
Meet monthly sales goals
Skills
Excellent customer service skills
Persuasion skills
Good listening skills
Problem solving skills
Resilience
Persistence
Interest in talking to people
Ability to facilitate conversations
Experience pressure to meet or exceed sales quotas
Education
A Sec school, diploma or equivalent is generally preferred
Requirements:
Some relevant field preferred
Possess passion in the recruitment industry and sales driven
