The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product/Electronics Technician to support product-related technical activities in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Candidates with experience in PCBA debugging are highly preferred. Fresh candidates with an electronics-related background are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

• Project & Process Support: Help launch new manufacturing projects, run material studies, and test new processes to boost production efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Investigate engineering issues on the floor and help implement practical, long-term solutions.
• Documentation & Quality: Manage and update manufacturing documents like Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Shop Floor Operations: Support line setups, monitor cycle times and product yields, and coordinate tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Safety, Security & Compliance: Follow company security and data-protection guidelines, and support our ISO 14001 environmental (EMS) standards.

What We're Looking For

• Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in PCBA debugging is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with an electronics background are welcome to apply.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
