Job Summary

Join BNL Engineering Pte Ltd as a Sales & Service Engineer to lead electrical product sales and service delivery across Singapore, driving business growth through technical expertise and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market electrical products and engineering services to expand customer base and increase brand visibility
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities to grow market share
• Manage customer enquiries by providing timely and accurate technical support to resolve issues
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic sales planning and execution
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and generate accurate quotations to support customer decision-making
• Provide on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and engineering support to ensure optimal product performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and foster repeat business
• Deliver technical consultation and application support to assist customers in selecting appropriate products
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and applications to diversify revenue streams
• Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to meet business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline
• Good technical knowledge of electrical equipment and industrial products, including electric motors, pumps, fans, blowers, and motor control systems such as Soft Starters, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), and Direct-On-Line (DOL) Starters
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage customers and stakeholders
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Strong business development mindset with a passion for sales growth
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle is an advantage
