1. AI & AI Management System Trainers & Course Developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training modules in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI Management Systems (AIMS).
• Conduct workshops/trainings on practical AI applications, AI ethics, risk management, and governance frameworks for industry professionals.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, regulatory guidelines, and global standards to keep training content relevant.

2. Executive & Workplace AI Coaches

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach/train individuals, corporate teams and business leaders on integrating AI concepts and digital tools into daily operations and business processes.
• Facilitate hands-on coaching sessions utilizing modern generative AI, workflow automation, and productivity tools.
• Guide organizations in adopting a safe, ethical, and structured approach to AI implementation.

3. ISO AI Management System Implementors & Auditors (ISO/IEC 42001)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized training and advisory services on ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management System).
• Conduct internal and lead audits, gap analyses, and compliance assessments for clients seeking AIMS certification.
• Assist organizations in establishing AI risk management frameworks, data governance policies, and algorithmic accountability.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Adult Education Certification: ACLP / ACTA / DACE or equivalent adult learning facilitation credentials (highly preferred).
• AI Expertise:
• Demonstrated experience in teaching AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, or AI business strategy.
• Hands-on proficiency with practical AI tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, automated workflows, predictive analytics).
• ISO / Standards Experience:
• Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor / Implementor or strong background in related standards (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 31000) preferred.
• Proven track record in auditing, management systems implementation, or risk assessments.
• Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English.
